Krystle Fitzpatrick is a Pittsburgh-based certified yoga instructor. She leads weekly studio classes, events, workshops, and specializes in children’s yoga instruction. She has a BA in Psychology and worked as a Behavior Management Assistant in a Partial-Hospitalization educational facility for years prior to teaching yoga full time. Krystle loves to bring her passion of mindfulness learning to the education system. She has worked with Let’s Move Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Public Schools, University of Pittsburgh Child Development Center, Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, United Way of Southwest PA, Shadyside Academy Junior School, Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, Chatham University, along with other additional organizations, creating and implementing children’s yoga programming. Through this instruction, her hope is to continue teaching children mindfulness and habits to foster healthy emotional, behavioral, and physical growth and development.
She received her first yoga certification through the Baptiste Yoga Institute in 2012 and completed her 230hr RYT training at the Asheville Yoga Center in 2015 where she continues to further her studies.
Krystle's classes focus on teaching mindfulness in movement both on and off a yoga mat.
